"Boiling" means that the temperature of the loader diesel engine is too high and the coolant boils and steam occurs in the water tank. The reasons for diesel engines to "boil" and the prevention and elimination methods mainly include:
1. The inner wall of the radiator cooling tube (core) is too thick, which affects heat dissipation. Pay attention to filling clean cooling water during use; and regularly remove the scale in the water tank;
2. Leakage from the radiator or cooling system causes insufficient coolant. Check the cause of the water leakage, and add enough cooling water after troubleshooting;
3. The cylinder gasket or cylinder liner is damaged, and the high-pressure gas in the cylinder enters the water cooling system, causing the water tank to "bubble" and "open"(in this case, it is often accompanied by emulsification of diesel engine oil). Check whether the cylinder gasket or cylinder liner is damaged and replace it if necessary;
4. The water pump is damaged, and the cooling water is not circulated or the circulation intensity is insufficient. Check the cause of the water pump damage and replace it with a new water pump if necessary;
5. When the machine works under high load for a long time, the fan belt is too loose and the wind speed is not strong, and the boiler may boil due to overheating. The working load of the loader should be reasonably arranged to prevent overheating of the machine.
6. The thermostat is damaged, causing the large cycle to fail to open and causing the machine to overheat. The thermostat should be replaced.
Note that loaders working in alpine areas may also experience boiling. The main reason is that the radiator freezes and the coolant cannot be circulated. Therefore, when using loaders in alpine areas, attention should be paid to adding insulation devices to the front end of the radiator.
